Sam Claflin's Rise To Fame
Sam Claflin was born June 27th, 1986 in Ipswich, London. After a football injury forced him to look into another direction he pursued acting and became quite fond of the craft. He then graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2009 and almost immediately began earning roles.

Sam started his screen debut with the hit British series The Pillars of the Earth and Any Human Heart alongside award-winning actors Jim Broadbent and Matthew Macfayden. Then in 2010 he was cast in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and was even nominated for "Best Male Newcomer" for his portrayal of the handsome young missionary "Phillip Swift."
He was then cast for a coveted spot in the Hunger Games series as "Finnick Odair", The Riot Club, and alongside Game Of Thrones Emilia Clarke in Me Before You. This was when he began scoring lead roles like in the horror The Quiet Ones, the war drama Journey's End, and Adrift with Shailene Woodley. Sam was even awarded Glamour Magazine's Man of the Year Award, and Rightly so!

In 2011 gorgeous Sam began dating Guardians of the Galaxy's Laura Haddock and the two married and had 2 children, Pip and Margot. In 2019 the two announced their mutual divorce.
Since 2018 he nabbed the role of real-life British Politician Oswald Mosley in the gangster smash hit show Peaky Blinders! He's been in the Charlie's Angels, Lover Wedding Repeat and we can't wait to see whatever the British babe does next!
