Miranda Kerr Shares Support For Orlando Bloom And Katy Perry: "I Just Feel So Happy"

On Friday, Miranda Kerr talked about why she's genuinely happy that Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry have ended up together! Kerr said that she loves Perry and the joy she brings to her family, and talked about how everyone has the best interest of her and Bloom's son, Flynn, at heart. See what she said here!

Miranda Kerr is glad that Orlando Bloom ended up finding love with Katy Perry! As Entertainment Tonight shares, Kerr appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday, where she talked about why she couldn't be happier for the couple!

Kerr feels it's important for son to have happy parents

Kerr gushed about Perry to Barrymore, expressing her gratitude for the "Never Really Over" singer's presence in her ex-husband's life! "I adore Katy and I just feel so happy that Orlando has found someone that makes his heart so happy," she said.

The model also talked about how important it is to her that her and Bloom's son, 9-year-old Flynn, grows up in a positive environment with loving parents. "Because at the end of the day," she continued, "for Flynn to have a happy father and a happy mother is just the most important thing."

Kerr says she's "so grateful" for family dynamic

Kerr married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel in 2017 after she and Bloom split. The couple have two sons together— 2-year-old Miles and 1-year-old Hart. And in August, Bloom and Perry welcomed their first child together— daughter Daisy Dove Bloom! "I’m just so grateful that Orlando and Katy found each other," Kerr continued, "and I’m so grateful that I found my incredible husband and just that we all really respect each other."

Kerr also revealed that everyone involved cares about the best interest of her and Bloom's son! "When it comes to special occasions, when we have to be together, we work it out so we have compromises [about] what is the best for our whole family," she said. "We really do always think of what is the best thing for Flynn, and I just think that’s the most important thing."

Barrymore called Kerr and Perry's dynamic "so positive and such an amazing example" of women supporting one another— something Perry has been a big proponent of! Earlier this year, the singer explained she and Taylor Swift ended their feud because she wanted to show they could "be an example of redemption" for young girls. The two have since become close friends, and Swift even sent Perry a baby gift ahead of the arrival of her daughter!
