Lisa Marie Presley's fourth marriage has now officially ended.
This week, Presley and Michael Lockwood received a dissolution of marriage, Us Weekly first reported. It comes nearly five years after they first separated, but a messy court battle on child support and finances will continue.
Lisa Marie Presley officially divorced Michael Lockwood
Presley, 53, is now moving on from her fourth marriage. She and Lockwood had been married for 10 years from 2006 until she filed for divorce in 2016. They share 12-year-old twin daughters Harper and Finley together.
Lisa Marie, the only child of Elvis Presley, was previously married on three other occasions, first to Danny Keough and then to A-listers Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage.
Presley also has daughter Riley Keough, 31, from her first marriage. The family tragically lost their only son Benjamin Keough in July 2020 to suicide.
In a move that caused public outcry, Lockwood also attempted to use the death in the divorce case, suggesting Presley should lose primary custody of the twins as she could relapse on drugs and alcohol after her son's death.
Lisa Marie and her family grieving tragedy
Presley has since remained relatively quiet on social media, sharing a heartbreaking message to her late son on what would've been his birthday in October.
She also marked her own birthday in February with a sweet photo with her three daughters.
We hope the Presleys and their children are able to move forward following difficult times for the family.
