Linda Lusardi was born on September 18, 1958 in Wood Green, United Kingdom. She first started her career in the entertainment industry as a model. At the age of 18 she began appearing as a Page 3 girl in The Sun and continued with that until 1988. Her first acting gig was in the drama series The Bill.

Linda met her first husband Terry Bailey in the 1980s and they were married. The couple divorced in 1996 and it was on August 9, 1998 that she married fellow actor Samuel Kane. Sam Kane was born in Huyton, Merseyside, England on November 30, 1968.
