Jett Travolta would have turned 29 years old this Tuesday.
Sadly, the late son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston passed away in 2009 at the age of just 16 after suffering from Kawasaki disease and seizures. It's his first birthday to pass since his mother Kelly also passed on last year.

Tuesday was the 2021 anniversary of Jett's birth, and his kind father John Travolta shared a message to his late son. "Happy birthday my beautiful Jetty. I love you," Travolta wrote on Instagram with a picture of the lookalike father and son together.
Jett was the eldest of the three Travolta children and he died in 2009 while on a family vacation in the Bahamas. The Travolta family also tragically lost matriarch Kelly Preston in 2020 when she passed away at age 57 after a battle with breast cancer.
John Travolta is now father to his two surviving children, daughter Ella and son Benjamin, who was born a year after the family lost Jett. Ella is an actress on the rise who also celebrated her 21st birthday earlier this month. Benjamin Travolta turns 11 later this year.
