Meghan Markle's former best friend and maid of honor at her wedding to Prince Harry, Jessica Mulroney has been the center of a racially fueled scandal and used Meghan's name to try and pull herself out of hot water. Unfortunately for her, that only seemed to cause a further rift between her and the Duchess. Now Jessica is trying to dispel rumors that the two are no longer friends by posting a photo of Meghan on her social media.

Jessica Mulroney, Meghan Markle's best friend faced major backlash after attacking a fellow influencer, single Black mother Sasha Exeter with threats of ruining her brand deals and connections. Jessica then posted an apology with a promise to learn and try to help the Black Lives Matter movement but then moments later threatened Sasha again.
These poor actions cost Jessica her TV show that was in the works, was fired from Good Morning America, and lost countless of her own brand deals (ironically that she was hoping Sasha would lose) and used Meghan's name in hopes of having fans forgive her. The wife of former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney's son has now been the target of many tabloids claiming her friendship with Meghan is over. Both Jessica and her husband Ben Mulroney are quick to claim that their friendship with Meghan is perfectly intact on social media.
Seems like the long friendship has taken its course.
Meghan Markle Cut Ties With Friend Jessica Mulroney Who Was "Capitalizing On Her Name"
Jessica who is a popular social media influencer had been refraining from posting too often after the scandal but has now posted a photo of her friend Meghan on her wedding day with the caption "I see this and pure joy." Hello! reported that this would be the third time Jessica has shared a photo of her world-famous friend Meghan.
When people commented on the photo about their friendship not being what it was anymore Jessica was quick to reply with "fake news." Even her husband Ben has jumped in on the damage control by reposting a news article claiming Jessica has been calling Meghan "non-stop" by captioning it "FALSE."
Jessica has removed the post and made her profile private. Mulroney has said she will be "stepping back from social media" to" use this time to reflect, learn and listen." Hopefully, she means it this time.
