Apparently, second chances don't always make way for a better relationship! Aaron Carter is feeling the heartbreak after announcing publically that he and his baby mama and fiancé, Melanie Martin, have called it quits...again.
Aaron Carter wants to protect his 'soul'
Posting to his Twitter, Aaron Carter is revealing that it wasn't all bliss in his engagement to Melanie Martin and is choosing to end the engagement for a second time, revealing the details behind his decision! Their tumultuous relationship has some wild events, but only time will tell why it ended this time!
He wrote, "My relationship has come to a point where we have to part ways. Please respect my privacy at this time. Thank you."
Just a few minutes later, Carter was giving us more information about his split and said that he has "trust issues" and won't be looking for anything else for a long time.
"I have no intentions on [sic] being in any relationship anytime soon. I'm too scared and I can't trust any woman. So I'm going to protect my soul and my heart at this time," his second tweet read.

Following the birth of Prince, Martin publically apologized to Carter for contacting his twin sister, Angel, whom he is estranged from.
"I just wanted to public [sic] apologize to my son's father," she wrote at the time to her Instagram story.
"My intentions in contacting his sister Angel were not of ill intent," she continued. "I wanted to try to resolve the situation so we could all be a family. I now realize that wasn't my place and I never should've done that."
"I let my feelings get the best of me as I was hormonal and pregnant and would take it back if I could. I did this out of love I know it was wrong. I hope he can find it in his heart to forgive me," she concluded.
At the time, Carter said that it made him feel "deceived" and called off their engagement, before accepting her apology and reconciling their differences.
