Charlie Sheen is no saint when it comes to substance abuse. The Two and a Half Men star has made headlines countless amounts of times due to alcohol and drug abuse. Back in 1998, Sheen had to go make an emergency visit to the hospital after injecting himself with a large dose of cocaine. He almost died from the overdose.

Ghost's Demi Moore's parents struggled with substance abuse and she herself struggled with the same her whole life forcing her into rehab multiple times. During her marriage to much younger Ashton Kutcher, her alcoholism became so bad multiple of her daughters with Bruce Willis completely cut their relationships with her and one daughter even found her on the floor suffering from a seizure. Now Demi is clean and living a great life with her incredibly close-knit family!

NBA superstar fell into the all too familiar self-destructive partying ways that many before him and many after him will fall into. His crack cocaine and alcohol addiction cost him his marriage to gorgeous Khloé Kardashian and almost his life. In 2003 she was arrested due to possession of heroin and again three years later due to driving under the influence of marijuana. She told 20/20 "At 18, I had just been doing a lot of cocaine. Perpetual party girl Lindsay Lohan had a very public relationship with intoxicants, forcing her to go to rehab at least 3 times and being convicted of drunk driving twice. She's had more arrests for her erratic behavior or destruction of property. She has been trying to stick with sobriety and had to even get a harsh reality check from Oprah herself. She seems to be doing much better now although she still has a bad reputation in Holywood for her poor treatment of other people and ego issues.
