Aerophobia, or the fear of flying is much more common than most people think. In fact, studies reflect that around 30-40% of people experience some form of aerophobia when they are boarding a plane. And celebrities are no different.

Jennifer Connelly has probably chosen the worst project for her fear, since she starred in the blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick. The actress said she was terrified of the scenes on an airplane! Kate Winslet doesn't trust flying either. In fact, she never flew with her ex-husband Sam Mendes for fear of falling. That way, in the event of a crash, at least one parent would survive for their children.
