Bindi Irwin is preparing to welcome a baby girl into the world next year with her husband Chandler Powell, and she couldn't be more overjoyed! As Entertainment Tonight shares, Irwin took to social media on Thursday to give people an intimate look at her most recent ultrasound appointment, while sharing her excitement for motherhood!

Irwin posted a clip on Instagram that shows her laying down at a doctor's office, exposing her stomach as she gets an ultrasound. "This is so exciting. Look at our daughter! She's so beautiful," the wildlife activist gushes in the video while the screen shows their baby-to-be.
As Entertainment Tonight mentions, Powell was also present at the ultrasound appointment, and can be overheard expressing enthusiasm for his future little girl! "Wow, you can see her heartbeat there," Irwin's husband says, off-screen. "Oh my goodness, she is beautiful."

Irwin has been spending her pregnancy in quarantine with Powell. While their wedding plans were forced to change because of the pandemic, the couple were married earlier this year in an intimate wedding at the Australia Zoo. And in September, they announced that they were expecting their first child, which was shortly followed by an adorable zoo-themed gender reveal!
"Our beautiful daughter is the light of our lives," Irwin captioned the emotional Instagram video she shared. "Beyond thankful that she chose us to be her parents. I can’t wait for her to be here next year." Powell then left a sweet comment on his wife's post! "The most beautiful sight in the world," he said, including a heart emoji. "I love you."
