Pitt's jokes take aim at "Brexit" and "Megxit"
Pitt’s speech included references to Britain’s exit from the European Union, comparing Brexit to his own recent separation from Angelina Jolie: "Heard you just became single, welcome to the club," his note read.
Robbie also related Pitt’s excitement about receiving the BAFTA award, which he expressed by way of a Royal Family joke: "I will call my award ‘Harry’… and take it back to North America with me."

Brad Pitt's win in the Supporting Actor category at the BAFTAs continued his streak of wins this awards season. He'd earlier won in the same category at the Golden Globes, Critics' Choice Awards, and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
