Great American Media, where Fornes starred in the series 'County Rescue,' confirmed his passing in a public statement on Instagram. “We at Great American Media are deeply saddened by the passing of Keller Fornes. He was a special person and talent as an actor, writer, and director as well as a singer and musician,” the statement read. “His energy and enthusiasm lifted all he worked with here at Great American Media and the cast and crew of County Rescue. Our prayers are with his family and all those he touched.”

Keller Fornes’ career took off after earning a degree in fine arts from the University of North Texas. Following graduation, he moved to Atlanta to pursue his passion for filmmaking. He appeared on television in notable projects such as 'The Walking Dead,' 'Origin,' and 'Dating a Killer,' among others.
In addition to acting, Fornes was a skilled amateur boxer, earning a gold medal in the Georgia Division of the Golden Gloves. Beyond performing, he channeled his creative talents into producing and writing privately financed independent films.
