After the show ended, Debra Messing kept her career going. She played the lead in the miniseries The Starter Wife, for which she even got a nomination for a Golden Globe and a SAG Award. From 2014 until 2016, Messing also starred in the series Detective Laura Diamond. In 2012, Messing broke up with her husband, actor Daniel Zelman, after a 12-year relationship.

Megan Mullally played "Karen Walker," the wife of a millionaire. "Karen" is a good person but has a nasty temper. Mullally got nominated for a Golden Globe and won an Emmy three times for her portrayal of "Karen" in the hit series!

After the end of Will & Grace, Megan Mullally appeared in Boston Legal and had roles in films like What to Expect When You‘re Expecting and Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. In 2017 alone, Mullally appeared in the movies Lemon, Infinity Baby, and The Disaster Artist. What a career! Since 2003, Mullally has been married to Nick Offerman, who is a successful actor and comedian as well.

Shelley Morrison played "Karen's" maid "Rosario Salazar." To get a green card, "Rosario" married "Jack" for a short while. Fun fact: Morrison actually played a housemaid not only in Will & Grace, but also in another show!
