TV Neighbors: Who Is Your Favourite?

"Marcy" was always the one badgering "Al Bundy" in Married... With Children. Not only was she the family neighbor, but she was also "Peggy's" best friend. Even though the two were bitter enemies, "Peggy's" husband "Jefferson" got along quite well with "Al."

"Steve Urkel" can be considered one of the most memorable TV neighbors of all time. The witty, yet extremely annoying neighbor quickly became the star of Family Matters. Thinking back, all most fans can remember is "Urkel's" famous catchphrase: "Did I do that?". Moving on to our next neighbor who also hides behind picket fences...

One of the most secretive neighbors was probably "Wilson" from the hit TV show Home Improvement. He always has some useful tips for his happy neighbors. Surprisingly enough, we never get to see him entirely due to the fact that the fence is covering half of his face. Our next neighbor is a barkeeper who manages to indirectly seduce one of our favorite nerds...

"Leonard" and his neighbor "Penny" could not be more different, but they are still considered one of the cutest couples on television. "Leonard" and "Penny" from The Big Bang Theory became much more than just neighbors over time. "Leonard" isn't the only one who has to deal with his neighbor. "Sheldon" also has to get along with "Penny" even though it is personally difficult for him.

On The Wonder Years, "Winnie Cooper" is the typical girl next door. Throughout the course of six seasons, audiences witness "Kevin" and "Winnie's" on and off relationship, in which they were always left smiling in the end.

Annoying neighbors are one thing, but just imagine that they're your parents... "Raymond" knew this all too well in the series Everybody Loves Raymond. His father "Frank Barone" lived next door and always stopped by unannounced, so fighting was inevitable.

They are considered some of the most famous neighbors of all time. "Lynette," "Bree," "Gabby," and "Susan" were always seen causing a ruckus on Wisteria Lane. Nevertheless, the girls showed us how quickly a neighbor could become a close friend and with their weekly poker nights and coffee get-togethers, they were able to show audiences everywhere that the life of a housewife could be an interesting one. How can you not remember ALF's curious neighbor? "Raquel," played by Liz Sheridan, nearly exposed "ALF" for who he really was after coming face to face with our beloved extraterrestrial but as we already know, "ALF" is known for getting himself out of sticky situations. Sadly, Sheridan passed away on April 15, 2022 at the age of 95.

What would The Flintstones be without their neighbors the "Rubbles"? "Fred" and "Wilma" are the perfect complements to their neighbors "Betty" and "Barney." Together, the two families go on wild and crazy adventures which make the show one of the best animated shows of its time.
