Con-man Billy McFarland swindled and stole from thousands of people including "Always on Time" singer Ja Rule. Everything Billy was involved in left victims in his wake and yet he would never stop to even pretend like he cared. This documentary has so much inside footage of the disaster of Fyre Festival and sociopath Billy McFarland that you cannot rip your eyes away.
