This Is Us is an American comedy-drama series that first aired on NBC on September 20th, 2016. Created by Dan Fogelman, This Is Us captivates its audience by taking them through the trials and tribulations of the "Pearson" family. We are taken through the lives of the "Pearson" family from when "Jack Pearson" (Milo Ventimiglia) and "Rebecca Pearson" (Mandy Moore) meet, to the adult lives of their three children "Kevin" (Justin Hartley), "Kate" (Chrissy Metz) and "Randall" (Sterling K. Brown).
It is the incredible story line that makes This Is Us stand out to millions of viewers in that there is a story, situation, or feeling in the show that everyone can relate to. With the constant flow of emotion, we feel connected to every member of the "Pearson" family and everything that they have been through. We feel their pain and their happiness. We cry when they cry and laugh when they laugh.
