Marvel's The Eternals is set for a release date of November 6, 2020. News recently broke about the reaction on set when the film shot what will be the MCU's first LGBTQ kiss.
In the film, Atlanta's Brian Tyree Henry portrays "Phastos," who is a married gay man. His husband is played by Haaz Sleiman, known for his role in Little America. The couple will share the on-screen kiss - which is the first since the MCU debuted with Iron Man in 2008.

The Eternals films the kiss - an emotional moment
Earlier this week, Sleiman described the moment they filmed the kiss: "Everyone cried on set. For me, it’s very important to show how loving and beautiful a queer family can be."
He continued: "Brian Tyree Henry is such a tremendous actor and brought so much beauty into this part, and at one point I saw a child in his eyes, and I think it’s important for the world to be reminded that we in the queer community were all children at one point. We forget that because we’re always depicted as sexual or rebellious; we forget to connect on that human part."
