Sadly, actor Raymond Bailey's career largely wrapped after The Beverly Hillbillies. He had only a few small film roles before retiring in 1975 due to an Alzheimer's diagnosis. Bailey eventually passed away in 1980 after a heart attack. He was 75.

Last but not least, we have cousin "Jethro," who joined the "Clampett" family for their adventure in California. The popular character was portrayed by actor Max Baer Jr., who is actually the only surviving star from the series today.

This is Max Baer Jr. today. He's now 83 and never again portrayed cousin "Jethro" after The Beverly Hillbillies TV series ended. He had only a scattering of other TV guest roles in the 1970s and '80s before moving on from acting.In the decades since, Baer has experimented with merchandise for the Hillbillies and dreamt of building a casino in his character's name.
