'The Bachelor' Recap: The Drama Continues In Costa Rica

The first episode of a two-episode week of The Bachelor aired last night and we have your full recap of all the drama that happened in Costa Rica right here!

Peter Weber took his women to Costa Rica for the first episode of the two-episode week of The Bachelor and we even got to find out what exactly happened to Peter's face when he had to get stitches in his forehead. Let's get started, shall we?

Back at the pre-rose ceremony cocktail party, Peter finally lets Alayah go after pulling her aside and asking her to leave. The women who are safe are Madison, Sydney, Natasha, Lexi, Hannah Ann, Shiann, Mykenna, Victoria P., Kelley and Tammy (they join Victoria F. and Kelsey who have already received a rose.)

The group travels to Costa Rica and greets the women with a bandaged forehead from the well-known accident with the golf cart. Sydney however gets the first one-on-one and they take off in a helicopter and stop for a picnic in a field where Peter tells Sydney that she's the best kisser. She gets the date rose!

Kelsey is a "hot mess"

Meanwhile back at the hotel, Kelsey is crying because she will never be okay watching Peter with other women (maybe the wrong show honey?). Tammy tries to listen to her and calm her down, but really just can't stand how much of a "hot mess" Kelsey is.

Group date time with Shiann, Kelsey, Victoria F., Madison, Natasha, Victoria P., Lexi, Hannah Ann, Tammy and Mykenna. They meet Peter by a waterfall to do a swimsuit photo shoot for Cosmopolitan magazine! The winner gets to be the fashion feature for the March issue with Peter! Victoria F. wins the challenge.

There's quite a bit of making out at the post-group date cocktail party and of course, a new enemy duo sparks between Tammy and Kelsey after Tammy tells Peter that Kelsey suffered from a "mental breakdown" the night before and accusing her of "drinking excessively."

Peter then pulls Kelsey aside to address his concerns in a not-so-subtle fashion. Kelsey is livid and demands to know who told Peter that she was "emotionally unstable." No one speaks up and with an awkward end to the evening, Hannah Ann gets the group date rose.

Kelley gets a one-on-one

The second one-on-one date goes to Kelley who doesn't seem too enthusiastic about her experience so far. After a traditional Costa Rican "cleansing ritual" and some awkward conversations, they seem to finally be on the same page with wanting to open up and make the most of this experience together. She gets the rose.

The next morning, Kelsey is on a mission and goes to find Peter in his room to set the record straight about all the rumours. Peter loves this and actually goes and gets her a rose! This obviously doesn't sit well with the other women, especially when Chris Harrison announces that the cocktail party is cancelled and they are going straight to the rose ceremony.

Arguing ensues between the women and Tammy is NOT happy. Just as the rose ceremony is about to start, Tammy asks to talk to Peter. And then Lexi does the same! The women that end up being safe this week are Victoria F., Madison, Natasha, Victoria P., Mykenna, Tammy, Kelsey, Hannah Ann, Kelley and Sydney. We said goodbye to Lexi and Shiann.
