Cheyenne Floyd was a famous MTV reality star who became pregnant by one of her The Challenge co-stars while she was dating someone else. She, along with Bristol Palin, joined the Teen Mom cast in 2018 to replace Farrah Abraham.

Cheyenne and Cory did not end up together but do their best to co-parent. Their episodes are centered around their struggles to raise their daughter, Ryder, while seeing other people and their daughters battles with health.

Bristol Palin is the oldest daughter of Sarah Palin, former Vice Presidential candidate and former governor of Alaska. She became pregnant as a teenager by Levi Johnston during her mothers unsuccessful candidacy run and became a spokeswoman for abstinence. She did not join the cast of Teen Mom until 2018 to replace Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston eventually separated and she met the former Marine and Medal of Honor recipient, Dakota Meyer. The pair have had 2 children, Sailor Grace and Atlee Bay, and eventually married. Their time on Teen Mom was focused on the co-parenting issues between Bristol and Levi and the pending divorce between her and Dakota. After one season of filming for Teen Mom, Bristol chose not to return for another.

Catelynn Lowell was the sole cast member to choose adoption for her unborn child. Catelynn was pregnant by her then-stepbrother Tyler and the two lived in poverty and in abusive households and wanted better for their child.
Originally airing in June 2009, the MTV reality series 16 and Pregnant took the world by storm. Each episode followed a group of young mothers and all the challenges that come with underage pregnancy and young motherhood.
Once they were no longer teenagers, the show’s name was changed to Teen Mom, but even more than 10 years later TM fans are still fascinated with their lives.
