John Houseman and Franklyn Seales
Other Silver Spoons regulars who are no longer with us today include Franklyn Seales ("Dexter Roosevelt Stuffins") and John Houseman ("Grandfather Stratton"). The show's elder "Stratton" passed away at age 86 in 1988, one year after the series concluded. Seales, meanwhile, tragically died of AIDS complications in 1990 at the age of just 37.
Season 1 main cast member Leonard Lightfoot (lawyer "Leonard Rollins") is still alive in 2020, but the 73-year-old hasn't acted since the late 1990s.
