The cast of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide speaks candidly: They are angry! The reason? The channel Nickelodeon did not agree to a reboot of the popular school series.
Lead actors Devon Werkheiser, Daniel Curtis Lee and Lindsey Shaw were recently guests on the Vulnerable podcast where they expressed their frustration.
Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide cast bemoans the decision
There, host Christy Carlson Romano asks about a potential sequel to Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide after iCarly and Zoey 101 have already been rebooted.

Devon Werkheiser speaks in plain language and is very disappointed with the channel: "I don't know, we proposed such a great pitch. I suggested the reboot with Scott Fellows, the creator. They [the broadcaster] don't want it, or not yet. [The feedback] was so passive. It was like, 'Great pitch. No.'"
The cast wanted to sell the idea elsewhere. However, that was not possible because Nickelodeon kept the pitch. "We will hold it and do nothing with it", Devon recalled the email at the time. Fans are disappointed on TikTok. They would have been very happy about a sequel.
