CBS aired the third episode of the 20th season of NCIS. In this episode, there is a lot going on with "Torres".

NCIS "Agent Nick Torres" has entered treatment
NCIS "Agent Nick Torres" has meanwhile turned to "Dr. Grace Confalone” who is seeking treatment for his drinking problem and has stopped drinking.
"Agent Nick Torres" has sought treatment from "Dr. Grace Confalone" to help him with his alcohol problem and so he no longer drinks. "Agent Nick Torres" has sought treatment from "Dr. Grace Confalone" to help him with his alcohol problem and so he no longer drinks.
To keep it that way, however, "Torres" must continue to work on himself, as "Grace" explains. He must try to open up with others.

She manages to get "Torres" to follow her advice at the end of the episode and decides to talk to his team. Whether this is really the end of his drinking problems remains to be seen
