Hawaii Five-0 was one of TV's top shows until it ended in 2020.
But fans of Hawaii crime shows didn't have to wait long for a new series. NCIS: Hawaii premiered last fall, and guess what? A Hawaii Five-0 star is now set to appear in new episodes of the NCIS series. It's actor Beulah Koale.
NCIS: Hawaii to welcome Beulah Koale from Hawaii Five-0
Koale was a main cast member on Hawaii Five-0 from seasons 8 through 10. He played "Junior Reigns." The actor will take on a new role on NCIS: Hawaii.
TVLine has announced that Koale will appear in two upcoming NCIS: Hawaii episodes. He'll be in the Jan. 24 episode "Spies, Part 1" and it's follow-up "Spies, Part 2," which doesn't have a release date yet.
Koale will portray "David Sola," an intelligence officer from New Zealand. TVLine notes that he'll help out the NCIS team after the death of a Navy engineer.
The latest NCIS: Hawaii episode aired on Jan. 3, and another new one will show on Jan. 17 before Beulah Koale shows up to assist "Jane Tennant" (Vanessa Lachey).
