'NCIS' Season 17: What About "Ziva" And "Tony's" Relationship?
After a couple of weeks of speculations, "Ziva" (Cote de Pablo) is officially back in NCIS and we are already curious about the storyline of her character and her relationship with "Tony." The new trailer for season 17 suggests that "Tony" (Michael Weatherly) actually helped her to fake her death, a comeback of "Tony" wouldn't be absurd either, he left the team at the end of the 13th season because he wanted to take care of his and "Ziva's" daughter "Tali".
We couldn't be any happier about "Ziva's" return!
There is only one way to actually get all the answers we want, and that is watching the upcoming NCIS season, according to the series' producer Steven D. Binder, the relationship between two of our favorite characters will be further explored in the new episodes.
Cote de Pablo was persuaded to come back to the show after the NCIS production presented a story that thrilled her, according to showrunner Frank Cadera, the 38-year-old actress had a meeting with them and liked the outline of the upcoming episodes so much!
