The satirical dark-comedy The Politician was finally released on Netflix this weekend, and if you still don't know anything about it just keep reading because we have all the information about it!
Created by Ryan Murphy, also known for his work on several successful shows like American Horror Story, and Glee, the show revolves around "Payton Hobart" (Ben Platt) a guy who knows that he is going to be the President of the United States since he was only 6. Determined to do whatever needed to achieve that, he shows the ups and downs on his way into becoming a politician.
What else do we know about The Politician?
Ben Platt, who recently starred in Run This Town, shares credits with stars Zoey Deutch, and Gwyneth Paltrow, who play the roles of "Infinity," and "Georgina," "Payton's" classmate and "Payton's" adopted mother, respectively.
The first season of the show will have eight episodes, and the principal photography shooting of it took place on location in Fullerton Union High School, and in Los Angeles, California.
