The 19th season of 'Grey's Anatomy' has come to an end, leaving many viewers speechless. While some characters were able to enjoy a happy ending, fans now have to fear for their series favourites.

'Grey's Anatomy': Will SHE actually die?
There is finally a happy ending for "Simone Griffith" (Alexis Floyd) and "Lucas Adams" (Niko Terho), as well as for "Atticus Lincoln" (Chris Carmack) and "Jo Wilson" (Camilla Luddington). A new relationship seems to be blossoming for "Nick Marsh" (Scott Speedman) and series favourite "Meredith Grey" (Ellen Pompeo).
However for one main character, the season finale ends quite dramatically. "Teddy Altman" (Kim Raver) collapses in the operating room while trying to save a patient's life. The residents are totally shocked by this.
"Lucas" and "Simone" then take care of the patient, while "Yasuda" tries to revive "Teddy". Her husband "Owen Hunt" (Kevin McKidd) finally makes it to the operating room, but finds his wife lifeless on the floor.

With this dramatic ending,'Grey's Anatomy' makes us especially anxious for season 20.
But do we really have to say goodbye to Kim Raver? Probably not, because the actress has renewed her contract for another season of the hospital series.
This allows us to breathe a sigh of relief, but it remains suspenseful to see how the creators will resolve this dramatic cliffhanger. The next season of 'Grey's Anatomy', which is being delayed by the current double strike in Hollywood, has its work cut out for it.
