"Olaf" wants to reassure people that they're not alone, wherever they may be! As People reports, Disney released a new song from the lovable singing snowman on Tuesday, titled "I Am With You." The accompanying video for the tune shows "Olaf" (voiced by Josh Gad) writing a special message while at home in the Arendelle palace.
He looks out at the streets—which are now empty— while delivering his message in the form of song. "I am with you with this letter / I am with you with this song / I am with you when you laugh at something silly I did wrong," "Olaf" sings. "Who cares about our wheresabouts/I'm here and you are there / But I'm with you / And I care."
"Olaf" sings about wishing that people could see one another again
"Olaf's" song is one that's meant to provide a sense of comfort, with lyrics reflective of the current circumstances of the world. While he sings, a montage of clips from various Disney movies plays, showing moments from Lady and the Tramp, Alice in Wonderland, Tarzan, Big Hero 6, Frozen, and more.
"I wish there was a looking glass that we could see each other through / Maybe one day they'll discover it / And you'll see me and I'll see you," Olaf sings. "But 'till they do / I am with you with this music / I am with you with this rhyme / I am with you if you need me / Any moment / Any time / I am with you / And you're with me."
