Friends' 25th anniversary is just around the corner and in order to celebrate the occasion Warner Bros will team up with Fathom Events for Friends 25th: The One With the Anniversary, a special screening of the 12 fan-favorite episodes of all time.
Ray Nutt, CEO of Fathom Events, explained that they are very excited to celebrate the series' 25th anniversary, and added that the show "continues to impact culture and attract new fans from across generations." It seems that now fans will have the opportunity to take a look back at some of the most funny and emotional moments that "Rachel", "Joey", "Chandler", "Monica", "Ross", and "Phoebe" shared on screen!
Friends on the big screen: When and where?
The three-night event will take place in more than a thousand theaters across the United States on September 23rd, September 28th, and October 2nd. The screening will include some surprises like interviews with the cast members and never-before-seen images.
Starring David Schwimmer as "Ross", Jennifer Aniston as "Rachel", Courteney Cox as "Monica", Matthew Perry as "Chandler", Matt LeBlanc as "Joey", and Lisa Kudrow as "Phoebe", Friends was released in 1994 and ran for 10 seasons until 2004 with a total of 236 episodes. This time, Warner Bros is also preparing a Friends pop-up experience in New York with props, set recrations and costumes. And additionally, LEGO recently released a Central Perk set!
