Disney finally shared a first glimpse at Emma Stone in the upcoming film Cruella, a live-action 101 Dalmatians prequel following a young "Cruella de Vil." As seen on the image shared on Disney's Instagram account, Emma Stone holds three Dalmatians and wears a black outfit embodying the well-known fashionable diva.

Disney Film chief Sean Bailey and director Craig Gillespie announced that Emma Thompson will star opposite Emma Stone, and also said that the movie will be "punk rock" and will take place in 1970's London. Cruella will give us the backstory to one of the greatest Disney villains; it is set to premiere in May 2021, on the 50th anniversary of the animated classic 101 Dalmatians.
