Despite Chumlee's legal troubles, he was not removed from Pawn Stars. The star, whose real name is Austin Russell, was absent for a period of time around his arrest.
But Chumlee pleaded guilty in 2016 and avoided jail time. His plea deal got him three years of probation and counselling.
Before you knew it, Chumlee was back at Rick Harrison's pawn shop. He reappeared on Pawn Stars in 2017 and has been a regular star ever since. Nor have we seen any more legal issues for the TV star.
