- The creators have come up with something special
- A popular series character celebrates her comeback
A big anniversary is coming up! In April, CBS will air the 1000th episode of the popular crime series 'NCIS'. The makers have come up with something very special for this episode.
Anniversary episode: 'NCIS' star "Kensi" returns
'TVLine' has learned that Special Agent "Kensi Blye-Deeks" will be in the anniversary episode of 'NCIS'. The reunion with Daniela Ruah (40), who played the role of the investigator until 'NCIS: L.A.' was canceled, is sure to please fans.
However, there will be no reunion with the 'NCIS' team itself. Unfortunately, "Kensi" will not appear "in person" with them. It is not yet known how she will be incorporated into the 'NCIS' episode. The same applies to Vanessa Lachey (43) and her character "Jane Tennant" from 'NCIS: Hawaii'.
Daniela Ruah has been working as "Kensi" since her retirement. Still involved with 'NCIS', she directed an episode that aired in March. She also directed an episode of 'NCIS: Hawaii'.
