The European Future Monarchs - Meet the Kings and Queens To-Be

Everyone knows adorable Prince George of Cambridge. The 10-year old is the eldest child of Prince William and Duchess Catherine and is second in line for the throne after his father Prince William. Prince George has 2 younger siblings, Prince Charlotte, and Prince Louis. George has already charmed the nation with his adorable face and charming quips.

Prince Jacques of Monaco is first in line for the throne. He is the heir apparent because he is the male twin (Prince Gabriella being the other twin) of his father Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco, the former Olympic swimmer. The twins have two older half-siblings Jazmin Grace-Grimaldi and Alexandre Grimaldi-Coste who were born out-of-wedlock from trists in Prince Albert's younger days. The two do not qualify for the throne due to the rules in the Constitution of Monaco.

Princess Amalia is the eldest child of Prince Félix and Princess Claire of Luxembourg. The sweet six-year-old is third in line to the throne after her uncle Grand Duke Guillaume and her father Prince Félix. She has one younger sibling, Prince Liam.

Beautiful 8-year-old Princess Estelle of Sweden, Duchess of Östergötland is next in line to the throne after her mother Crown Princess Victoria. Princess Estelle is actually the very first female in Royal Swedish history to be born with the right to inherit the throne without the possibility of a male heir's birth superseding her title! Princess Estelle is the older sister to Prince Oscar of Sweden, Duke of Skåne.

Gorgeous and elegant Leonor, Princess of Asturias is first in line for the Spanish throne. The 15-year-old is the eldest child of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia. She is an impressive young lady who speaks Spanish, English, and is studying Mandarin as well. Spain's monarchy still utilizes male-preference cognatic primogeniture so if Leonor's father King Felipe VI fathers a legitimate son while he is still King, the son would supersede Leonor. Leonor is the older sister of Infanta Sofia of Spain.

Handsome and charming 15-year-old Prince Christian of Denmark is second in line to the throne after his father Frederick, Crown Prince of Denmark. He is a famously active and curious young man and the eldest brother of Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent, and Prince Josephine.

Lovely 16-year-old Princess Catharina-Amalia has been 1st in line for the throne ever since her father King Willem-Alexander ascended the throne in 2013. She is an impressive young woman who speaks Dutch, English, and is learning Spanish. She is an active horse rider, hockey player, singer, and piano player.

16-year-old Princess Ingrid Alexandra is next in line for the Norwegian throne after her father Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway. She is a brilliant young woman who is an avid surfer, skier, and kickboxer!

19-year-old Princess Elisabeth of Belgium is the eldest heir apparent of her generation in the European monarchy. She became first in line when her grandfather King Albert II abdicated the throne to Princess Elisabeth's father, the current King of Belgium, Philippe. The brilliant young woman speaks Dutch, French, German, and English! She even earned an international Baccalaureate in Wales at the United World College of the Atlantic and has just started at the Belgian Military Academy! She is an active Princess, playing tennis, skiing, trekking, and scuba diving!
