- Princess Charlene is going on a business trip
- She is now well enough to travel after health issues
- Charlene and Prince Albert will visit the royals in Norway
Princess Charlene has been back in Monaco for a few months now. Previously, she had spent months in South Africa due to prolonged illness, then in a clinic in Switzerland for treatment.
After her return to Monaco, Charlene made only a few small appearances. Now the first big trip at her husband's side is coming up. And it takes the royal couple to Norway!
After health issues: Charlene will jet off to Norway
The official calendar of the Norwegian Royal Family lists a joint event with Prince Albert and Princess Charlene on June 22.
At a luncheon, Charlene and Albert are received by King Harald, Queen Sonja, Prince Haakon, Princess Mette-Marit and Princess Märtha Louise. Later, Albert opens the exhibition "Sailing the Sea of Science" together with Haakon.
Also interesting:
It's a good sign that Princess Charlene is already allowed to take longer trips again. Most recently, she gave an update on her health to Monaco Matin in May.
There she explained: "My health is still fragile and I don't want to rush things." Now the Princess seems to be much better again. Expect to see her in Norway soon.
