A difficult surgery
Speaking from Sarah Ferguson's perspective using the words of a friend of hers in a quote to 'Daily Mail', it seems that the surgery that Fergie underwent was a lot harsher than originally reported and thought.
She is now in her home recovering as best as she can, under the supervision of her daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. King Charles even wrote a letter to Sarah Ferguson, wishing her a fast recovery.
