Royals: Princesses Beatrice & Eugenie's Best Pictures Together!

The Duke and Duchess of York, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, were married in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey on July 23, 1986. Two years later, they welcomed their first daughter, Princess Beatrice, followed by the birth of Princess Eugenie in 1990.

After being married for ten years, the couple decided to get a divorce. However, for the sake of their daughters, they remained friends and still frequently spend time together. Recently, they even spent time together as a family in quarantine.

Princess Beatrice is ninth in the line of succession. She was diagnosed with dyslexia as a child and has been a devoted supporter of organizations that help people with learning disabilities from a young age.

On the other hand, Princess Eugenie came into the world making history as her christening was the first and only one to be made public. At the age of 12, the princess had to undergo a spinal operation to correct her scoliosis, which left a large scar on her back that she decided to show on her wedding day. Like her sister, she has also supported various medical organizations.

Both princesses attended Coworth Park School near Windsor, during their basic education and upon completion each took a different path. Princess Beatrice graduated in History and the History of Ideas from Goldsmiths College, London while, Eugenie graduated from Newcastle University in English Literature and Art History.

By not working for the crown, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have been free to lead a public life and even pursue careers outside the institution. Beatrix, for example, is a leading financial consultant for the software company Afiniti. Princess Eugenie works as an art consultant at the Hauser & Wirth gallery in London.

Although both attend important events of the royal family, such as weddings, birthdays or anniversaries more by tradition, they do not receive money from the Crown. Of the two, Princess Beatrice is the one who accompanies the royal family more in events, however both can be seen every year at the Royal Ascot.

In January 2018, Princess Eugenie announced her engagement to her boyfriend of seven years Jack Brooksbank. The couple tied the knot in October of that year. Of course, Princess Beatrice was the maid of honor.

In September 2019, Princess Beatrice announced her engagement to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. They had planned to marry in May 2020, but the couple postponed their wedding by a couple of months and ended up getting married in a private ceremony with few guests, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. For her wedding dress, Beatrice wore a vintage gown that belonged to her grandmother, which was restored for the occasion. It is rumored that of all her grandchildren, Beatrice is the Queen's favorite!

This year, Princess Eugenie announced that she is pregnant and expecting the birth of her first child in early 2021. She also stated that her baby will not have any royal titles as she wants him or her to lead a relatively normal life. Meanwhile, Beatrice has been enjoying her recent marriage, and both sisters are happier than ever.
