Royal Repeats: These Outfits Have Been Worn Multiple Times

Wherever the royal family goes, people tend to focus on their fashion. The women of the British royal family are especially known to stand out from the crowd! However, with all their amazing looks, you may miss the fact that even royals repeat an outfit every so often.

Duchess Kate and Duchess Meghan are considered modern style icons but even they have their favourite looks, spotted in the same dress or top on a few occasions. Click through our gallery to see the royal outfits that have made multiple appearances!

Duchess Kate looks beautiful in the pink ensemble she's pictured in here back in May 2012! One of the most frequent royal re-wearers, Kate was also seen in this dress less than two weeks before, wearing it to a reception with Prince William held at Windsor Castle.

Duchess Meghan pulled out this particular look as she honoured Nelson Mandela on two separate occasions! She first wore the trenchcoat-style dress in July 2018 at a memorial event with Prince William, and during their South Africa tour in October the following year, she was spotted in it while visiting with Mandela's widow.

Duchess Kate opted to wear this lovely blue coat during two solemn events, the first being a ceremony in April 2014 which saw her and William lay a wreath at a memorial in New Zealand. She was then seen in it just months later in France, as the royals were present to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day.

Princess Anne wore this fun floral top on two separate occasions nearly a year apart! While she first debuted the piece when her daughter Zara Philips got married in July 2011, she was then seen in it for the second day of Royal Ascot week, which took place in June 2012.

Meghan looks amazing in this blue dress during her visit to the District 6 Homecoming Centre in Cape Town with Prince Harry! But while this photo was taken in September 2019, she previously stepped out wearing it during a visit to Tupou College in October of the previous year.

Princess Beatrice is pictured with one of the designers of her dress here, none other than Tommy Hilfiger himself! He would probably be pleased to know that Beatrice also wore the gown again less than two years later, when she and her husband Edoardo attended the wedding reception for Prince Christian and Princess Alexandra of Hanover in March 2018.

Duchess Kate looked ravishing in red when she wore this beautiful gown in February 2014! She was first seen in it back in June 2012 as she and William stepped out for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, at which time she paired it with a bold red hat. 

Another one of her repeat outfits was this cream dress with detailing, which she wore to an event in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II's 90th birthday. Aside from the thanksgiving service she's photographed attending with several other royals in June 2016 here, she also wore it to the Royal Ascot.
