Queen Elizabeth II: "I had wires"
"I had wires, luckily it was a very long time ago," she told the kids. Adding, "I think it's worth it in the end," letting a 10-year-old know that she didn't regret it. And the Queen isn't the only member of the British Royal Family to take corrective measures to straighten their teeth.
Other members of the royal family have also had braces!
Prince Harry, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have all been photographed with braces on during their younger years! Prince William also had to wear a metal retainer on his bottom teeth. A Clarence House spokesperson revealed to The Telegraph in 2009 that "Prince William has used a permanent support for his bottom teeth for 10 years."
It seems as though no matter where you come from, needing help to straighten out your teeth is a very normal problem!
