Buckingham Palace has issued a statement on the health of Queen Elizabeth II (96). The Queen only welcomed the new British Prime Minister on Wednesday, and observers were worried about her condition.

The statement reads: "Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision."
The Queen remains in Balmoral, the palace said.
