Osteoporosis has been running in Queen Camilla's family, as her late mother, Rosalind, as well as her grandmother died from complications of the disease.
While it has never been confirmed whether the Queen Consort has osteoporosis, she has been a huge advocate in terms of prevention, awareness and treatment of the disease. In 2019, she delivered a heartfelt speech for the Royal Osteoporosis Society, where she said: "It was 25 years ago that my mother died as a result of osteoporosis. In fact, she was exactly the same age that I am now. Then it was never discussed, rarely diagnosed and always attributed to old people."
Over the past years, Camilla has balanced her Royal duties and self-care in order to keep herself healthy. According to 'Express', the wife of King Charles III practices pilates and yoga.
