- New appearance for Duchess Kate
- Her hand was bandaged
- The palace reveals what happened
Duchess Kate (41) works with an organization that helps people with addiction, unemployment and homelessness. As part of this, she visited a prison on September 12th and saw how the inmates live, and the process of visiting family members there
This is how Duchess Kate hurt her hand
Photos of her outing show the Duchess with her hand bandaged. Her right index and middle finger were held together and stabilized with two pieces of tape. Fortunately, the palace quickly issued a statement and reassured concerned fans.
Royal commentator Rebecca English writes on X, formerly Twitter: "Apparently she injured them [the fingers] at home while playing on the trampoline with her children. A Kensington Palace spokesman said it was a 'minor injury, nothing serious'," she explains.
According to the report, nothing was broken. Kate herself also joked about her hand during her visit, according to 'Hello!'. "I jumped around on the trampoline," Kate says. She had put the bandage on "to protect the hand".
