Prince Harry (34) and Meghan Markle (37) have become a media sensation. Wherever they go they are followed by cameras and millions of fans the world over eagerly consume any information they can find on the newlyweds. MTV's latest offering, The Royal World, is set to cash in on all the interest in the the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The show set in a countryside mansion in Surrey will follow the lives of its aristocratic cast members and "will have inside access to the cast’s lavish family homes and elite circles and will explore the lives of the pedigreed and privileged, including the ups and downs of life as 20-somethings finding their way in the world.'
As well as Meghan's half-cousin, the cast will also include a Nigerian chief, the goddaughter of a Russian princess, the daughter of an Irish marquess, an Italian Marquesa, and a triple baroness.
Katy Manley, who is creative director at company producing the show, revealed to the Daily Mail that viewers should "expect headline grabbing gossip that’ll leave palaces squirming as we get to know the real people behind the titles". She went on to state that the show's audience will "learn some things about Meghan and the Markle family that will be shocking, surprising and perhaps change people's opinions on what's gone on".
It does look as if there might well be one or two scandalous moments ahead as Tyler, his mother Tracy Dooley, and brother TJ were not invited to Harry and Meghan's wedding.
We do hope the Duchess finds the strength to cope with this new onslaught and it's nice to know that not only does Prince Harry have her back, but the Royal Family do, too!
