Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced on Tuesday that they are going to invest in several female-focused nonprofit organizations, including Smart Works. Meghan has worked with the organization since 2019, even collaborating on a special fashion line with them. Smart Works' mission is to give women the power to move forward with their lives, which includes helping them establish careers.

While Smart Works may have dropped the "royal" title from their website in reference to Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex has continued her work with them. As Hello! reveals, through the Archewell Foundation, Smart Works will receive assistance with a new research initiative examining gender parity in the workforce. The charity's CEO, Kate Stephens, shared that Smart Works is "so grateful" for Archewell's support.
