Duchess Catherine has always admired the Queen for years. Yesterday, they got to go on an outing together to reopen Bush House at King's College London. The Queen is patron of King's College London and had previously visited to open the Somerset House East Wing in 2012 with the Duke of Edinburgh according to Tatler.
Second Outing Together
It is the second outing for the pair as a duo with the first time having been seven years ago in 2012 when they visited Leicester. This outing was part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Tour of the United Kingdom.
Duchess Meghan had her first outing with the Queen last June when they went to Cheshire together. We can only imagine how much this 'alone' time with the Queen is valued for both Duchess Catherine and Duchess Meghan!
With a pint of Guinness of course!
