The Coronation is upon us and the fact is, that the people are paying a lot for the upcoming ceremony. A three-day festival is planned with street parties across the country. There will also be a concert in Windsor and a symbolic ceremony in Westminster Abbey, followed by a grandiose public procession.
This Coronation is quite pricy
It will be a celebration for a king and correspondingly expensive: the long weekend will cost the British taxpayers at least 100 million pounds! Talk about excessive celebrating.
