Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are officially married! According to a statement by Buckingham Palace, the couple tied the knot on Friday July 17 in the morning. The news comes as a shock to royal fans as Beatrice was forced to postpone her wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic and no further news has been announced.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Marry In Private Ceremony
The statement from the palace said: "The private wedding ceremony of Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi took place at 11am on Friday 17 July at The Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge, Windsor. The small ceremony was attended by the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and close family. The wedding took place in accordance with all relevant government guidelines."
The couple was originally supposed to wed on May 29th, 2020, however, it was postponed and then later cancelled for the time being. They announced their engagement in September 2019.
Believed to have been in attendance at the private ceremony, apart from the Queen and Prince Philip, are Beatrice's parents Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, her sister Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank as well as Edoardo's three-year-old son Christopher (who was the best man), and Edoardo's parents, Nikki Shale and Alex Mapelli Mozzi.

Beatrice chose the Royal Chapel of All Saints and is it one of the most private chapels and is located near her childhood home, Royal Lodge Windsor, which happens to be with Sarah Ferguson, Prince Andrew, Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have been isolating during the coronavirus pandemic.
