King Charles, who is currently undergoing treatment for his cancer, is the latest victim of false reports. His daughter-in-law Princess Kate is also currently making headlines. Since her abdominal operation and the Photoshop controversy rumors are swirling around Kate. Only recently there was a new scandal surrounding her medical records.
King Charles meets veterans at Buckingham Palace
But what about King Charles? According to 'People' magazine, the BBC is "on call" for "a royal announcement". On Monday, several posts about King Charles on X (formerly known as Twitter) rocked the online community with claims that the royal had lost his battle with cancer and had passed away.
King Charles then visited Buckingham Palace, where he met with Korean War veterans to mark the 70th anniversary of the conflict, which took place in July 2023. There, the King was photographed chatting with British veterans Alan Guy, Mike Mogridge, Brian Parritt and Ron Yardley.
