In one of what will likely be many lawsuits, Travis Scott has been sued by the family of a young boy who was seriously injured in the Astroworld tragedy last week.
The 9-year-old is currently in a medically-induced coma after suffering trauma to his brain, liver, and kidney during the crowd crush at Scott's music festival.
Astroworld: Travis Scott sued by family of boy left in coma
The young boy was "nearly crushed to death" in the incident, but he is thankfully expected to survive. The lawsuit was filed as the child will suffer from "life-long effects" stemming from his injuries.
The 9-year-old was among hundreds of concertgoers who were injured when a stampede occurred at Scott's Astroworld music festival on Nov. 5. Eight were killed in the terrible tragedy.
