Taylor Swift breaks Spotify record with 100 million listeners
Spotify made the announcement of the historic milestone via social media on Aug. 29. With over 110 million monthly listeners, The Weekend holds the top spot. In third after Swift is Bad Bunny with 80 million. Ed Sheeran slightly trails with 77 million monthly listeners.
News of Swift's achievement comes after she released the re-recorded version of 'Speak Now' in July. She also announced that '1989 (Taylor's Version)' will be released this fall.
The international leg of the Eras Tour will continue through the fall of 2024. More North American dates were also recently announced, 'Variety' reports.
