Logic quits music for son: "Now it's time to be a great father"
Logic shared that he's leaving his musical career behind in order to devote his time to his son! "Officially announcing my retirement with the release of No Pressure executive produced by No I.D. July 24th," he tweeted. "It’s been a great decade. Now it’s time to be a great father."
As People mentions, Logic dropped the news that he was expecting a son in August 2019 when he released his song "No Pressure." "And I’m having a little baby!" he raps when the song's almost over. "Surprise! It’s a little baby boy, f— TMZ, they can’t get the scoop on that s—!"
Logic began relationship with Brittney Noell after divorcing wife
Logic got married to Brittney Noell in September 2019, a month after sharing he would be becoming a father! As People shares, the pair were connected not long after Logic— whose real name is Sir Robert Bryson Hall II— separated from his wife, Jessica Andrea.
"After two years of marriage, we have come to the loving conclusion that we are much better as friends," the former couple said in a joint statement before they divorced. "As entertainers, we have made every aspect of our lives public, yet we would appreciate your respect and privacy on this issue."
Logic's decision to end his music career has undoubtedly left fans of his music disappointed. However, since No Pressure was released on July 24, they still got to enjoy some brand-new music from the rapper last year!
